The Port Alberni Highland Dancers Association has hosted the annual Robbie Burns Supper for the past 26 years as a fundraiser in support of Port Alberni highland dancers.  Dancers from our school entertain the assembled guests with both traditional and choreographed group dances.  This year's event January 25, 2014 takes place at the Bavarian Centre on 4th Avenue (old Br. 55 Legion) and features a buffet roast beef dinner with all the trimmings and of course, haggis.  All the traditional speeches are delivered by guest speakers, including the Address to the Haggis, Toast to the Lassies & Reply, and the Immortal Memory of Robert Burns.  Entertainment by the West Coast Highlanders Pipe Band and Port Alberni Scottish Country Dancers round out the entertainment.
